  • If you suspect unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.
  • ek688 will not be held liable for a compromised account if the user has disclosed their own credentials.

Age Restrictions

Important: ek688 is for those aged 21 or above only. 21+

The minimum age to participate on the ek688 platform is 21 years. Government-issued identity documents, such as a National ID card or passport, may be requested to verify age at the time of registration or at any stage.

ek688 will not be held liable in any way for platform use by minors. If any account holder is found to be under 21, that account and all associated transactions will be considered void, and there will be no obligation to refund deposited funds.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits

  • The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (per method).
  • Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g., Dutch-Bangla, BRAC, Islami Bank).
  • All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.
  • Deposited funds must be sent only from the account holder's own mobile banking or bank account.
  • Deposits made through third parties are prohibited.

Withdrawals

  • The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
  • Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10–45 minutes.
  • Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
  • Withdrawals may be delayed until identity verification is complete.
  • Unusual or suspicious transactions may be temporarily held for review.

Bonuses and Promotions

Welcome Bonus

A 200% welcome bonus of up to ৳8,000 is available on your first deposit at ek688. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳2,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳3,000. Or depositing ৳10,000 gives you the maximum bonus of ৳8,000 for a total balance of ৳18,000.

Wagering Requirement

A 20× wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. For example: for a ৳2,000 bonus, you must wager ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000 before the bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal.

General Bonus Terms

  • Each bonus has a specific validity period, which will be stated in the bonus offer.
  • Account verification must be completed before a bonus can be claimed.
  • Any attempt to claim bonuses from multiple accounts will result in cancellation of all benefits and suspension of the accounts.
  • Bonuses apply to valid deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank transfer.
  • ek688 reserves the right to change or withdraw the terms of any promotion.

Gaming Rules

Game Operations

All games on ek688 are supplied by third-party software providers. Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures impartial and fair play.

  • In the event of any dispute over a game result, the provider's recorded data will be considered final.
  • If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, the bet amount will be refunded.
  • ek688 is not liable for issues caused by loss of internet connection.

Sports Betting

The following terms apply to betting on cricket, football, and other sports:

  • Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
  • If an event is cancelled or postponed, the bet will be settled according to the relevant betting rules.
  • Tournament results will be determined based on announcements from the official sports authority.
  • If incorrect odds are displayed due to a system error, ek688 reserves the right to void the affected bets.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ek688 platform:

  • Operating multiple accounts.
  • Abusing bonuses or gaining an advantage through fraud.
  • Exploiting vulnerabilities in the system or software.
  • Using automated software or bots.
  • Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources.
  • Using a third party's credit card or payment account.
  • Colluding or conspiring with other players.
  • Conducting criminal activity through the platform.
Involvement in any of the above activities will result in immediate account closure and deposited funds may be forfeited.

Account Suspension and Closure

Account Suspension

ek688 may temporarily suspend any account in the following circumstances:

  • If identity or age verification information is incomplete.
  • If unusual or suspicious transaction activity is observed.
  • During an investigation to ensure account security.
  • At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

Permanent Account Closure

An account will be permanently closed in the following circumstances:

  • In the case of a serious breach of the Terms.
  • If fraud or deception is proven.
  • For repeated involvement in prohibited activities.

In the case of a permanently closed account, any approved balance may be returned, but bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited.

Limitation of Liability

In any circumstance, ek688's total liability will not exceed the amount deposited in the affected transaction.
